Operation Photo Rescue will be coming to Winona, MN on Friday, April 25th and Saturday, April 26th, 2008.
They will be helping to restore damaged photos from the floods last year in the Winona, MN and La Crosse, WI areas.
OPR will be at the Winona County Historical Society, Friday–9am-5pm and Saturday 10am-4pm.
There will be a limit of 20 photos per household to be restored.
This service is FREE OF CHARGE.
